“Submit” means submit

Marking a pay application “submitted” records its status in your workspace and archives an immutable snapshot for audit purposes. It never implies legal filing, service of notice, or preservation of lien rights by itself — follow your contract’s notice requirements.

Terms of service (summary)

• Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance; annual plans include two months free.
• Trials include every Pro feature, need no card, and run through your first submitted pay app (at least 14 days, at most 45); a payment method is required to continue after that.
• You own your data. Self-service export and delete are not built yet: ask us and we will export or delete your workspace for you. Cancel anytime — access continues through the paid period.
• Fair use applies to AI features; per-org monthly usage ceilings keep costs predictable.

Privacy (summary)

• We store project billing data you enter solely to provide the service.
• Documents sent to AI providers for extraction are used only to process your request, not to train models.
• E-signatures capture typed name, drawn stroke path, timestamp, and IP for evidentiary integrity.
• No selling of customer data, ever.
